Hosts: Alain Braux and Mark Moxom interview Dean Dwyer
Dean Dwyer is the author of the book, blog and the podcast all called “Make Shift Happen”. He is a former public and private school educator, who now spends his time teaching others how they can ‘make shift happen’ in their own lives to change how they look, work and live.
In this interview Dean tells us about his background and how he came to do what he does now. He also explains what you have to do to Make Shift Happen and what you can do if you find yourself in a performance or weight loss “rut”. Part of this is – as he explains – by carefully selecting the right foods to eat but as one of Deans specialities in behavioural change – he explains what kind of mental techniques you can use to get out of it and get going again.
This is a thoroughly exciting interview and as Dean speaks quite fast there is a huge amount of information that you’ll find profoundly interesting.
